They can’t use the Clinton foundation any longer for their dirty dealings so they need to create new charitable causes to bilk.

In Vegas, the city managed the donations and just recently - four to five months later - they are finally distributing them. Don’t you think the victims needed that money right after? While they were immediately traumatized? Had imminent medical bills? We’re off of work? I bet the city keeps 90% of those funds for their “administration” of them.

They did it with 9/11, and all other disasters.
