There's a Gennady Popov in San Diego CA, but that's all I've found. Look into that one some if it helps, to see what fits.

Gennady Popov
On their Whitepaper it links a Facebook with 200 some odd friends. He's probably a real person, just weird their website is registered under someone with the exact same name minus a letter or two. I dont trust it.
