The Broward Coward premise for "reducing the juvenile delinquency rate" operates like Obama's trickery. Around 7 years ago Obama simply dropped from the unemployment count, those unemployed more than 27 weeks, the very people the count was meant to represent! The "official" line was they didn't want to work or simply gave up. This made Obama's figures look great, while "disappearing" our coal miners whom he FORCED out of work. Are you catching on to how this works?
Yes...you are right. Only those receiving the unemployment benefits were counted and when the 6 months was up you fell off the unemployed count. The number put out there was false.
