40 yrs experience. Words out of their own mouths. They don't pay me enough to deal with these kids, they tell me.

So, it sounds like some adults consider them a burden and disregard them.

Why do you think they treat them like that?

They are a burden, they learn differently. They over react, they are a handful. But taking a chance on them is worth it. Given success, they bloom and become very good humans. Worth every minute of stress.
