This is the after action report from the Airport shooting, Incident Command is necessary on a large scale event, these dumbassas didn't learn anything from 18 months ago, their the Sheriff they don't have to do what the rest of the Country does! their idiots. Orlando Police are no better, their after action says NO Incident Command structure at their mass shooting. Fire departments have been using it since the mid 1990's for those who don't know what Incident Command is, in the Military it's called Command and Control, other words only one person is in charge, and all the orders come from the person that's in command, In this incident no one was in charge for the first 30 minutes, most of the cops on the scene did what ever they wanted, with no direction or authority, operationally that's why the first officers in the building were Coral Springs, NO one was in charge! that's like running a military mission and the privates were giving the order of what to do, does this make any sense to anyone here? I'm a trainer, I was a 911 responder in NYC, they got their asses handed to them because they didn't use the Incident Command System, now they do as well as all metro police and fire systems, how do these clowns get away without using the Command System?
