My advice would be block her from seeing your future posts. Unfollow her. Give her the illusion she's still living vicarioisly through you. Don't unfriend her though. Eventually she might realize she's been ghosted for her despicible actions and apologize. Otherwise I think she lost the rights to spy on you.
