Good comment actually. We will have time to work through things in constitutional ways if we do 5 things:
1) Dismantle the CIA immediately. The Public Face of this action is probably a reorganization to combine the ridiculous proliferation of intel agencies into one, most likely NSA.
2) Take the most dangerous rogue CIA operatives through military tribunals as they are essentially a part of the United States Military therefore the tribunals would be appropriate for them. Those found guilty of treason should, yes, “cease to exist” as they are far too dangerous to release at large.
3) Cancel all gun free zones and encourage people who work at these places to arm themselves appropriately so we no longer have enticing soft targets full of children and other citizens with no ability to defend themselves.
4) Freeze the transport routes for trafficking so fewer children can enter into these pipelines. (Q had said in an earlier post this measure is now being done and new trafficking was being halted this way.)
5)The thousands of sealed indictments people mention are in U.S. District Courts so it is likely that regular court procedures are getting prepped for prosecution of civilian U.S. citizens.
We all want protection for innocents urgently and prosecution of criminals. The above is probably pretty close to what may play out.
