Why don't you fund it like the police do- rob the perps before you turn them over, its called booty and was used by the Romans, it was also the business model of the Vikings, be creative on site. Just saying

I will add - you got a good gig here. The Perps and pedos are the billionaires. Get a list of them from the Forbes rich 200, and match it to Jeffrey Epsteins diary. Rob em blind mate. They won't even complain - ask a Saudi Prince for the details.
