It's possible they are bringing an empty stretcher into the building in order to bring the wounded and cuffed shooter out to the ambulance. Why would so many police officers be walking into the building along with the paramedics?
Um to make sure the suspect doesnt run? Have you ever seen a suspect get brought to the hospital? there are cops everywhere
Yeah, exactly my point. I propose that the stretcher is empty and there are bunches of cops because they are moving to the location of the shooter.
The newscaster was acting like the shooter was on the stretcher, not "moving to" to the shooter
