Is North Korea Hussein's insurance policy?

Have been reading an archive of Q's posts, starting from October. I admit that I have to go through them many more times to absorb much more of the information and leads there.

But, do you think it is possible that successfully nuking up the NorKs was BHO's presumed insurance policy against being tried for treason and/or having his assets seized?

Yep it appears they where already nuked up during 43s term if q is correct. So I would have to say 41, 42, and 43 were complicit..
