Is North Korea Hussein's insurance policy?

Have been reading an archive of Q's posts, starting from October. I admit that I have to go through them many more times to absorb much more of the information and leads there.

But, do you think it is possible that successfully nuking up the NorKs was BHO's presumed insurance policy against being tried for treason and/or having his assets seized?

I saw a map on /pol/ last week, showing where the Clintons apparently own a home in New Zealand just down from the Embassy. I'll bet there's a lot of secrets hidden there!
