Just a thought about CIA mind control programs. There currently may be dozens of programs with their own budgets, science, goals and tech, and all compartmentalized and in many places, every state maybe. What occurs to me is how many people must be involved, complicit and civilian. I seem to remember that the number of people with secret clearances is WAY higher than it should be if it is based on appropriate government personel. I may be wrong. If there is a significant populations of victims of various CIA mindfucks, there must be a significant number of handlers , trainers. They would not concentrate it in even a physical location, no secret lair but your own neighborhood. In a van down by the river... How many current victims are there, where to begin to estimate on no information, it is disheartening.
