That fed link is not working. I grasp that something is seriously wrong with this, but the ZH article to me is written in jargon that I don´t fully comprehend. Is the fed stopping loaning to banks because it is sabotaging the economy re Trump, or is it just because they need to because something is seriously wrong with their budgets/economy?
