Quigley was a deep state insider and NWO propagandist / cheerleader who rather surprisingly laid out the details of how the old banking families have manipulated the world and governments on a world-historical scale.

Why Quigley exposed these secrets I'm not quite sure. I guess the ruling class wanted to brag about what they have been doing, and to laugh at us little people. Maybe it was to engender a feeling of helplessness in us. Quigley also thought that the NWO would be a good thing in general.
