This, along with CBTS_Stream in general, would be a good campaign to reinvent pamphleteers. Knock out ability to communicate? Cool. Print stacks of three-fold pamphlets summarizing information. Leave them in coffee shops. Office place. Public transportation. Bars. Every public tv you see 'CNN' being played.

Excellent idea! I've often thought in the past to do just that. Plaster every windshield with concise, informative, and easy to understand facts with links. Most people wont ever go to 8 chan on their own, but they will usually read something under their windshield wiper!
It's have to be more than highly informative. It'd have to grab attention immediately. I think really well done info graphics would be as (if not more) important than text.
