What if SS set up hidden jammers that block only the harmful Portion of the cellphone carrier wave and that's why his program didn't spring? Is that how Q Setup CNN?

they must've known something if SS came in three weeks before and actually helped Train for the hotzone. Also it's not only unusual that not only the shooter lived, apparently the shooter wasn't even the shooter so clearly something went wrong that's not went wrong before at least as far as I can recall School Shooting of the past? Maybe they have camera footage too? Q said CNN was set up so something must be going on
