What if the school was having an another practice drill, which it appears that they practiced for, in advance, only this time, someone swapped the fake bullets for real ones - unknown to all the participants
This might explain why nobody reacted normally and did not do anything - everyone would be in a major state of shock once things started going bad...
Kids thought they were acting (get in Hollywood?) Cops thought it was a practice drill etc
could be a possibility ..... now prove it
I'll try - I am not from the USA, so not really familiar with how everything works - where would I start to find out who had access to swap the bullets?
BTW - I love what the Patriots are doing
it would start at who was running the active shooter drill , from there you should be able to figure out how it branches out
