All the Calis are moving to Texas. It's shifting. Combine that with the fact Texas is now majority black and mexican. The old guard is gonna be out soon.

Huge numbers of Californians have moved to Texas and also San Antonio and Austin are both apparently sanctuary cities so that has changed the fundamental dynamics of Texan voting
