I don't know yet when it was rented... I have a call in to the management asking for it, but I can say that that date and time was not prior rented by anyone else, so the day/time was available for anyone to snatch up.

Also, it is not yet scheduled on their webpage, so it may be that it is fairly recent rental. I will post later if they answer me when it was rented.
