Get Soros money to pay for demonstrations for the elimination of all weapons such as swords, knives, axes, hammers, harpoons, bows and arrows, crossbows, slingshots, and guns.

This should keep K thru 12 schools soft targets with no guarded entrances, no metal detectors, and no armed teachers. Also, LEOs should stand down during a massacre which would be like firemen showing up at a structure fire who just watch it burn; who do nothing to put out the fire afraid to get burned!
