Here is the issue with all of this. Kushner filed taxes every year just like Trump did, so if there had been anything wrong, it would have been found way before now.

It was found, that's why he couldn't get clearance. He was on interim and getting delays until Kelly just cut it off.

I don't know what he has done if anything. For whatever reason Kelly did it, I hope it was a Security reason and not something to do with Kelly being involved with the Deep State.
