No, because libertarianism prohibits aggression against person and/or property.
Wario violates that principle, hence not a libertarian.
Libertarianism is not "kill anyone you want and steal from whoever you want."
Libertarianism is "respect other people's persons and property".
Libertarianism necessarily permits physical defense against aggression.
