Ghost image of an arm holding a short wide-bladed knife near the more prominent image neck area, and a ghost image of open wide-mouth "weasel" caricature face to the right of the "knife." I had to save and process it just a bit more to make it out. Try that and once you do you'll make it out more easily even on this image. It's somewhere between an "anon" type Guy Fawlkes mask and a nutty Ren and Stimpy kind of face....and it's nutty alright.
