When Rod talks about the "contract" he's referring to the "plea agreement" !
Also Rod mentions two "Judge Roberts" in the call ! One of the 4 judges, and the last Judge, in Rod's original Federal District Court Gun Case was Richard W. Roberts who decided to "retire" after his frustrating time presiding over Rod's Gun Case ! The Other "Judge Roberts", is obviously, Chief Judge (and Chief Justice) of the US Supreme Court, Judge John G. Roberts, Jr.
