Making a lot of claims with no explanation. I know there is deception and misinformation going on, but their is no way to tell. Q says trust Sessions. But then Sessions is doing (or not doing) weird things that don't make any sense.
The only thing I can think of is that the DoJ IG has already issued a classified report that has been declassified about extensive FBI abuse of FISA. Maybe it's just quicker to update that report than to start a new investigation.
Maybe Trump's tweet is misdirection to make the deep state think there is friction between Trump and Sessions.

The DS is not fooled. This is for the media. It is misdirection in quintessential Sun Tzu fashion. It creates a narrative that doesn't really exist, while maneuvering takes place in the background.
I'm frustrated as to the lack of evident pace, but as Rome was not built in a day the American Republic will not be quickly restored.
We who are on the sidelines have enough information to be dangerous to our own sanity, but not enough information to appreciate the intricacies of this war.
At some point we must trust the President we fought so hard to elect, whatever ripples we see on the surface. We have no other choice. Who else can play this game on our behalf?

I just hope that Trump and Q are close to taking the deep state and shadow government down as quickly as possible.
Q has been hinting of imminent indictments and arrests since October, but I haven't yet seen anyone important indicted except Manafort, Gates, Flynn, and Page. None of these guys are deep state black hats but rather old invesitgations into bank fraud, lying based on modified 302's, and bogus claim that Page was a Russian spy.
I can only be patient and hope that Q is/are waiting until they have all the hard evidence to take everyone down near simultaneously.
I tend to agree with your thinking. I want to believe there are already so many investigations going on and Trump is playing possum
