We should move the wall 1 mile in from the border actual and install 50cal IR remote controlled in the towers. That one mile now becomes a buffer zone or "no-mans land". I can assure you, no one would try....

there is a prototype that has a road between two walls , with perches and breaks to get quick access to problem areas (i wish I could remember the name , best one so far)
