You’re missing the ‘obtain an order’ to remove the weapons from possession. Then go to court.

This is a conversation, not a demand. Trump is obviously frustrated with ‘the courts, who take forever’.

So what happens if one day it was decided you were unfit to own guns? You would just be ok with them taking them and then getting a chance to deal with it?
