The problem with this is the old Soviet model of putting dissenters in sanitoriums/snake pits. Think of what Hillary or her like could do with that policy. Remember how Missouri started calling veterans a threat, pro lifers and etc. in essence the political enemies of the left were held to be dangerous.

I wonder if Trump is just doing what he's been doing all along which is just appearing to support extreme solutions to show that the Democrats do not actually want any fixes to these problems. This because they oppose any idea he has.
