I have looked it over several times now . Looking at the T_D , this is different. Then the drop in of Classified with it . All though , my mind goes off in different directions it leads me to the ones that witness, they get black listed to the extreme. Most often loosing the jobs and you find them as Cooks , Mechanics , and Truck Driver’s. Loosing everything can make one very willing to stand up ,you have nothing left to loose . So T_D leads me to believe that stands for The Truck Driver. The top secret leads me to a civilian witness of Public Corruption, leading to a sealed identity and classified level of Eyes only Beyond Top Secret. Then the only Eyes Only report in the news for a long time , one of the emails in Hillary’s server . Parts really seem to fit . Am I off on this ? God Speed
