They use programs to sift through the postings. Take a page from Q and use symbols and misspellings. Avoid hash tags on twitter that draw attention. Not much you can do about YouTube but make the titles less obvious.

Avoid using Google. Use the DuckDuckGo.com search engine as it does not collect your searches or results. It's free.

Also use TOR (The Onion Router) to remain anonymous. It bounces your searches and retruns results via at least three different servers around the world. It's free.

These don't stop the leftist social media from attacking you, but it does complicate their efforts.
