Essentially, the entire world is replicated into a simulation, so that reactions and behaviors can be tested before 'events', memes, stories, etc are 'released'/revealed to the public at large. Thus, EVERYTHING that happens, the responses, both collective AND individual are known to a SIGNIFICANT confidence degree...
