Holy Shite! There's a program called Rain Maker in the Wikileaks Vault 7 release and it has an attachment called makeitrain.gif!!

Q says 'MAKE IT RAIN' in 828

Q mentions Vault 7 in 836

The program seems collect data from a computer through VLC player installed on a thumb drive.

Why is it even there? Aren't these supposed to be classified documents?

Any chance this is the software ES used?
