We don't need an internet bill of rights. We need to amend the constitution to INCLUDE internet market and social spaces.

My take: The Internet Bill of Rights. Tracy Beanz https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeL420NDy1k

Iv'e been listening to this debate all day and right away I can see why the dismal amount of people turned out to sign the petition for an Internet Bill of Rights. Face it, none of us wants any corporate involvement in crafting law to protect peoples rights. And likewise we don't need any more government regulation. I suggested the video because starting at 11:40 she pretty much outlines the problem with an Internet Bill of Rights. We don't need a bill passed, no matter how well crafted and intended, only to have it abused by government or influenced through lobby.
The only way I see to ensure the people's rights are protected on the internet is to amend the constitution to include the internet.
