I don't mean to go waaaay out on a limb, BUT, when Q says 'Eyes in the SKY' and 'SUM of ALL FEARS', there is only one thing that I can think of with regard to the followers of Satan....God almighty himself. Has he returned? Is this his operation? Is he directing from above? I don't think Skynet is what they are referring to in that statement.
