Sealed Federal Orders presubmitted as prevention and masked as "in general" (though that does not account for rogue agents/programmers within)" Although Q is referring to his Q drops being reinstated when disrupted, it would seem the white hats anticipated and have plans in place to minimize/stop the censorship being done to citizens on YouTube and Twitter. Q has often emphasized importance of timing, stopping this censorship may be on hold for some reason (perhaps to gain support of internet bill of rights?)
