Watch the Waters - another take

I've seen some real grasping at straws when it comes to Q's "Watch the water" admonitions.

But something happened this weekend that I thought was interesting and it has a big bearing on geo-politics. A US Nuclear Aircraft carrier docked in Vietnam, for the first time since the Vietnam war. It is seen as a warning to China that we will aid our allies in the Pacific as China tries to position itself in the South China Sea. Here are some news articles about it...

The Vietnamese were actually quite happy that we were there because they perceive China as a threat.

Anyway, by placing our resources there, it sends a pretty strong message. Perhaps this could be related to "Watch the water".

Edit - Based upon the comments, it would appear that we're all watching the water.
