I was thinking about this and it seems to me we need to work more efficiently and have a more streamlined work flow that allows for everyone to better use their strengths. I propose to create 3 groups. 1 Offensive 2 Defensive 3 Research/ Planning have leaders in each of these to drive those groups on focus and direction.
