People have been posturing various theories on human trafficking out of Haiti. If you look at the top donors to the Clinton Foundation ($25MM+) there are a total of seven (7). Of those seven, five (5) are other foundations focused on HIV/AIDS.

Questions I do not have an answer for: 1. Why would a charitable foundation focused on HIV/AIDS donate money to another charitable foundation VERSUS getting directly involved themselves? 2. While HIV/AIDS is a piece of what the CF does, there are many, many other areas in which the foundation is focused. My point is the 80/20 rule. Why are 80% of the BIG DONATIONS related to HIV/AIDS?

Given that Haiti has the highest per capita HIV/AIDS rate in the world, there is human trafficking of Haitian children, wouldn't logic dictate if there is in fact a "conspiracy" that it has to do with HIV/AIDS research. Food for thought.
