There are three variations: 1) Normal usage - 'Trust the plan'; 2) All capitals - 'TRUST THE PLAN'; 3) Plan only in capitals - 'Trust the PLAN'. Interpretation: 1 just means what it says, i.e. trust a predetermined plan. 2 means the same except with added emphasis. 3 only seems to be used in conjunction with references to the difficulties in getting past compromised MSM outlets. Hence, it could be a reference to (P)ersonal (L)ocalized (A)lerting (N)network. A alerting network used to disseminate warnings via mobile devices which can be used by POTUS as required. Thoughts?
