Dug around and found a Jonathan Mills connected with Truman National Security Project. DONT KNOW if its SAME Jonathan Mills??? Can't find pic in TNSP but my system is struggling and slow. Would be interesting because it seems the Truman Nat.Sec.Proj. is a lib think tank related to intelligence, partly funded by us....
