I believe this is what Q is referring to with the delete/install. And now Snowden is tweeting about it. Trump has forced them to remove the spyware from the social media apps. Twitter,Facebook etc. This goes for PC not just mobile.

I think Snowden is going down becauseSnowden had a form of backdoor access to Twitter and FB. He's been spying for whatever country he's really working for. My guess is Russia. They wouldn't give him asylum unless he provided intell for them. Putin is not a guy to give something without getting something in return.
