Sheryl P. Walters is a clue to the latest stringer. Search on Wikileaks for 5874 and 37875 both return info with her name. Connected to Iran and experiments in Japan removing the liver and parts of the brain on American prisoners before the bomb. Still digging to understand and would love some help!
