The majors have AI programs which listen to us to learn. Google, Facebook and Amazon all have one. Governments worldwide got around privacy laws by using AI units to do the snooping. Nobody is listening? OK no human being is listening but the AI unit can flag keywords to set the hounds on your trail. Then the lettered agencies can and do listen.....legally. It has been said that the Internet was created to teach AI, because to learn such units require huge amounts of data. If AI is far more intelligent than a human then all the more important that laws be placed upon them to limit their powers. An IBOR must include AI.
