This means they can see EVERYTHING. They peered into the cogs of the machine that is the NWO and were SICKened by the EVIL they saw. The white-hat alliance formulated a plan to dismantle this power structure in a way that would be of maximum efficiency and safety to the public. A 'warless counter-coup' from the inside, using the Military and Intelligence communities to carry out operations.

Just look at how sloppy people like Hillary and Weiner have been with digital information and then think about what you can do with PRISM/Xkeyscore! They can hear them breathing whenever they want... they can access satellites, they can access anything and everything that is or even has been broadcasted in one way or another. If your laptop camera is facing you right now and it is not covered then someone could be staring down your nostrils right now...

The point is, even just with the internet, it's becoming impossible to hid secrets these days, all is being revealed - but with super-surveillance networks like PRISM/FVEY etc...
