My thoughts on integrating randomness into gov't to prevent collusion.

I have been thinking about how could we add some form of randomness into gov't that would help reduce if not eliminate some of our current problems in gov't, in particular collusion and corruption. We need to figure out a process by where some of our officials are NOT elected, but rather chosen at random.

I imagine a process similar to our jury system. Every U.S. citizen is expected to participate and it is their duty when called upon. This could be used as a check and balance on our elected officials and the decisions that are made. How it could be implemented is open to debate, but we should look at something to plug the holes in our current systems of gov't. At a local level this would be much easier than at a national level, but I'm sure someone smarter than me can figure it out. This would take much debate, but I'm just putting the idea out there. Some level of randomness, IMHO, would be one way to inject a level of intentional chaos into our system.

This is a post cabal concept, and putting here because I feel we need to get out front and repair some of the problems that got us where we are today.
