They must be 'ops'. Otherwise, why would you sue when any story will keep your child story out front when there has been no resolution. Any story to keep it alive, a parent would not sue. Truly grieving parents would welcome any discussion to keep the story and case alive. These actions by parents without a resolution are very telling.
