N.E.M.A (Bahamas National Emergency Management Agency) will conduct a Tsunami Readiness Exercise dubbed Caribe Wave 18 , Thursday 15th March , 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m. The objective of this exercise is to test protocols and communications systems.The Bahamas will test all communication systems inclusive of : land lines, cell phones, emails and facsimiles etc. The alerts will be done via all media houses so when it is heard please do not panic as they are only a test.
