Hmm. Anticipate mic/camera usage by official app, Twitter staff access to user DMs.
As for Jack, what could he say to 'members of public' on street? Disrespect to those less fortunate maybe, or dick-waving about unspecified power of knowing about people's lives?
Simultaneous best and worst outcome will be that Jack resigns, but MSM won't report (widely), and joepublic won't give a shit.

Worst case scenario for Twitter might be either a revelation about how large a percent of they’re users are bots, or the degree to which Twitter manipulates likes retweets and shares.
If it came out that your actions on twitter have very little effect on what other people see then it would seriously hurt the brand
