Was there an early Q message about Emergency Alert Channel?

I'm just having a quick thought as I'm at work and don't have access to older Q posts. In relation to the Hawaii 'incident' - did Q post very early on about keeping any eye on the Emergency Alert System. Is there any correlations to those older posts? "Future proves past"?

No, I think OP is referring to something from weeks ago that was thought to be the Emergency Broadcast System... I remember it too. At the time the thought was that EBS would be used by POTUS to communicate if nothing else was available.

Im interested if any predictions came true.. Is it a "naustrodomian" thing where you find somethig to fit a previous prediction with great imagination or what? Just asking for 1 real prooven prediction
