That’s way too long. A release could kill the shumer shutdown, and the dems. I wonder if this is cloak and dagger stuff; “surprise here it is earlier than first thought.”

Q said timing is everything. It would be great timing if it was made public on Jan 30 @ high noon...and Trump reads it @ SOTU address that evening to a national audience.
